Some of the commonly-used file formats in AIFD's Online Education are Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF documents, Microsoft PowerPoint Flash slide shows, Flash player, QuickTime 7 (streaming video), and Java-enhanced PowerPoints.
Be sure your computer has the most current version of the viewer or readers of the above programs installed.
